NetSphere ECS for AMHS & CIM

AMHS: Automated Material Handling System

CIM: Computer Integrated Manufacturing

NetSphere ECS for AMHS & CIM is an operating system that controls EQP or material transportation facilities and storage facilities in FPD, Semiconductor Clean FAB. It is a system that operates the equipment by connecting the device and the upper host (MES, MCS), reporting process data and logistics return data to the host, and receiving process instructions and return instruction data from the host. It is based on the Semi Standard.

NetSphere ECS for AMHS & CIM is an operational system designed to control equipment and material handling facilities, including devices and storage facilities, in FPD (Flat Panel Display) and Semiconductor Clean FAB environments. It connects the equipment with the upper-level host systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and MCS (Material Control System). It reports process data and material handling data to the host system and receives process and operation instructions from the host system to operate the equipment. This system is based on the Semi Standard.

NetSphere ECS for Storage System

NetSphere ECS for Storage System is a Storage Management Solution that controls AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) and Stacker Crane in a distribution center. It is a system designed to efficiently manage and control the storage and retrieval operations of goods in the storage system. By integrating with the AS/RS and Stacker Crane, it enables real-time monitoring and control of storage activities, optimizing inventory management and facilitating smooth material flow within the distribution center.

[Main features of the system]

The Storage System Control Server and Management Console are separated, allowing for efficient system operation.
It is developed based on Java and Eclipse RCP, enabling installation and operation on multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Outbound operations follow the "First In First Out (FIFO)" method as the default, but the system allows for the options to switch to "Continuous Space Acquisition Priority," "Minimum Load Priority," or "Maximum Load Priority" based on configuration settings.
Integration and interface with Robots and Transport Vehicles for Pick & Deposit operations.
Generation of Outbound Orders from WMS into Waves for shipment instructions (Auto Scheduling / Shipment Reservation).
Automatic Stock Reallocation during idle time for Inbound and Outbound operations (Continuous Space Acquisition / SKU Grouping).
Real-time management of Inbound and Outbound data and real-time inventory management.
